Chris is now officially done with his interviews (for real this time!). We had a little curve ball occur that caused him to have an interview this week, but we are now back to working on the match list. I can’t believe it’s due in a few weeks!
/ / Two:
I won The Paris Winter: A Novel by Imogen Robertson in a GoodReads giveaway, and though I’m not that far into it, it’s definitely promising and has a lot of things I love. It’s a historical fiction set in Paris during the Belle Époque and includes a mystery. I will keep y’all updated as to whether I think it is a worthy read.

We are headed to Odysseo with my in-laws this weekend! Odysseo was created by one of founders of Cirque du Soleil, but it also includes horses. I have mentioned before that we have gone to Vegas before just for a Cirque du Soleil show, but we are even more excited when it is close to home.

Chris really wanted homemade applesauce this week, so I modified a crock-pot recipe that we found. Let me know if anyone is interested, and I can post it.
/ / Five:
I finally started looking through photos of our New Year’s Eve Caribbean cruise. I’m so excited to begin recapping our trip!
PS-Have you seen my guest post on travel tips for couples on Venus Trapped in Mars? It includes a Julep beauty giveaway!
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
